Stage: Prototype
Description: HE-Bike team were trying to find a clean and environmentally friendly alternative transportation method for motorcycles, they were working on submitting a full electric bike sharing system for touristic resorts (This package includes “Electric bikes – parking – locking machines with magnetic keys – off grid PV system if desired) and a Smart Electric bike for individuals.
Reducing the cost to compete with Visba require a mass production and that was challenging at the beginning for a startup.
Through Nawart program, the team have learned how to build and pivoting business model which helped them in targeting a specific customer segment. Building a cash flow analysis model which helped in product pricing and determining the required investment.
Unfortunately, the project stopped after prototyping stage due to some team problems, but we, at Nawart program, still see that this idea it is so worthy to support to raise awareness about the green and ecofriendly transportation solutions.
